A Zoom link will be shared with you upon registration. Daily recordings will be sent post the session in case you cannot attend live.
The live will be 30 minutes daily to help you understand the basics of journaling.
As part of the Journaling program, you will be added to a private Whataspp group where you can interact with Coach Ruchi Parekh.
