1. 1-Month Membership: Refunds will only be provided within the first 7 days of signing up. After this period, no refunds will be issued. An email will have to be sent by the 7th day of joining.
2. 3-Month Membership: Refunds will only be provided within the first 7 days of signing up. After this period, refunds will not be issued for the remaining months of the membership term. An email will have to be sent by the 7th day of joining.
3. 12-Month Memberships: Refunds will only be provided within the first 7 days of signing up. After this period, refunds will not be issued for the remaining months of the membership term.An email will have to be sent by the 7th day of joining.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@ruchiparekh.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 days of approval.
